Our fully equipped, new, luxury caravan has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and sleeps six in total. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and there is also a separate shower room.
The caravan has all mod cons including Freeview, a 32" LCD TV, DVD player, Game Cube and games, board games, DVD films and an additional TV in the master bedroom for DVD use only.
The kitchen area has an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. We also provide kitchen utensils; cutlery, crockery and glasses and even a picnic rucksack which serves 4 for those days out rambling!!!
No visitors pets allowed, but owner's Border Collie has stayed in 2007 ONLY.
A £65 (Non Refundable) deposit secures your booking with the balance due 5 weeks prior to holiday & £65 key deposit required, which will be refunded on receipt of the key and inspection of caravan for Breakages or Damage, Or Signs Of Smoking In Carvan.
Check In 2:00 p.m. (14:00) on day of arrival.

The caravan is situated on Hoburne Park, which is just a 20 minute walk from a secluded beach and next to a nature reserve and Highcliffe Castle, with its own tea rooms.
Close by is Mudeford where, for a few pounds, you can hire a bucket and go crabbing off the quay, or just have a pint and a fish dish in the pub.
A short bus ride away is the historic market town of Christchuch with its quayside and traditional pubs.
For shopping and nightlife the larger town of Bournemouth is the place to visit.
