Bay View is a modern lodge type caravan situated in a wonderful position very close to the water's edge.
The lodge will sleep 4 comfortably in one double and one twin bedroom, there is a hallway, a cloakroom with a wc and washbasin and a shower room with a shower cubical and washbasin.
The living area is open plan with a very well equipped modern kitchen having a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, gas hob and electric oven. There is a dining table and four chairs, L shaped sofa, satelite TV and DVD.
The lodge has full gas central heating for the cooler months and a modern electric fire fitted in the lounge.
There is plenty of outside space with a decking area from the French doors of the lounge furnished with table and chairs, together with a larger than average garden area having a gas barbecue, picnic table and swing hammock. We also provide a rotary clothes line.
Our prices are inclusive of all fuel and all linen.
Short breaks are available at £65 per night in low and mid season and £75 per night in high (school summer holidays).
We do allow well behaved dogs at £25 per week or part week subject to conditions.
Warren Bay Holiday Village is a small family run site with a swimming pool which is open in season, a small children's play area for the under 10's and a laundry and shop but no clubhouse.
Bay View is very close to the beach reached by a slipway. The beach itself has areas of sand, rocks and pebbles and is ideal for fossil hunting. Views of the sea can be enjoyed from the lodge, decking and garden areas.
Warren Bay is a very short drive away from the larger beach at Blue Anchor Bay which still enjoys free parking and has two Inns and two cafes, . A short drive away in the other direction is the quaint marina town of Watchet. Both can also be reached by the West Somerset Coast Path which runs by very close to the lodge.
The West Somerset Steam railway is closeby and the trains can be heard from Bay View.
We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty and set between the Quantock Hills and Exmoor National park it is a haven for walkers.
Also within easy reach are Minehead, the medieval village of Dunster with its beautiful castle and the many National Trust villages of Exmoor.
